All the people who are wondering that why E+E is not reduced , the reason may be (as I concluded it myself that's why may be ) that we are only reducing those terminals which are having "> " relation .
$E+E is not reduced because, we have to handle leftmost < with right most > (Rules of parsing) , here + < * . Notice in the end the total count of < is equal to count of >. We cant reduce E+E first because it is simply not allowed as there is already 2 of < these we can reduce it when we have 2 of these >
