My Figo diesel has done 50k only in 8 yrs but recently I c an issue that if slightly press accelerator and drive at around 1500 rpm then car jerks be it in any gear..if I reduce rpm then no issue or if I increase rpm then also turbo kicks in n I get good pickup..there is no smoke also..the only issue is at 1500 rpm and pedal is slightly pressed..I tried STP injector cleaner n found no benefit..MAS sensor cleaned but no advantage..Pls suggest thnx
@@hsb0989 Interesting... lets do a trouble shooting...by the nature of problem this is definitely not belt issue. Engine jerks when there is shortage of air fuel mixture. Since it's happening at low rpm but not at high rpm means the fuel pump sender unit is okay. As you have used injector cleaner lets give them benifit of doubt for the time being. First step is to check for air trapped in fuel line. Use the ballon pump to bleed air. This may have happened when driving on inclines with v low fuel..Also check when you last replaced fuel filter & air filter. Workshops dupe unsuspecting customers regarding fuel filter replacements. Choked filters restrict optimum air/fuel mixture to reach engine. Also to mention that diesel if not used for long due to lockdown may also be the culprit( diesel waxing). Give a topup. Give feedback pls. This is just a layman trying to sound logical👍
@@logingoogly I think u could be correct.. actually due to lockdown I didn't start my car for a month n battery got drained..I push start the vehicle it started partially n then stopped..then I kept in trying push start but it was not starting..then I thought that diesel lines might have gone out of fuel so I pumped fuel using balloon several times n one pressure built I again push started n engine started..but since then this jerk issue has come..the line cud have locked air..in next 1k kms I need to change diesel filter also as it has to be replaced every 20k kms..but when diesel filter starts choking up then power n pick up is reduced while in my car pick up is excellent..just these jerks r annoying.. have u created any video to change diesel filter n prime diesel in lines?? Also what r the symptoms of choked egr valve? Thank you for responding..
Sir hamare ford figo start nahi ho raha hai, battery naya lagaya hai firbi..gari ko dhakka dene se start ho kar fir band ho jata hai..iska kya karan ho sakta hai..koi bol raha hai k disel filter badlo koi bol raha hai battery cherge karo..pls help kare...

1.4 TDCi never came with an intercooler. The same was offered with 1.6 TDCi engines in international markets.
