- In this video I'm testing how much dips can I do in only 10 seconds.
To make it more scary for myself, if any athlete that I challenged beat my PR, I have to take a bath in a Sweden frozen lake !

Napravi video u kojem ćeš objasniti tehniku propadanja i najcesce greske (te kako ti doziras cimanje...) i nacine za povećanje repsa (u seriji ili jedinici vremena). Mislim da bi bilo vrlo korisno čuti tvoje savjete, iako ima brdo tutoriala na yt, jer si upravo ti najpoznatiji po toj vježbi i generalno kad je push u pitanju. A i kladim se da dosta ljudi zeli cuti tvoje savjete.

Shorter athletes (or at least with shorter arms) are going to do more always because it takes less distance to move each rep (considering both athletes move at the same speed)

This was my first time trying cupping so I still didn't form my opinion about it, I might give it a few more tries to determine if it has any noticeable impact on recovery. 👊🏼

Čuo sam u zadnji podkast da si spominjao neke muke sa tetivama ....
Imam već oko 10-15 dana bol u predjelu koji ne mogu tačno ni da lociram, tu negdje otprilike na spoju: zadnje rame - pazuh- triceps
Naravno najveća je bol prilikom vučenja u zgibu...
Nisam neki eskpert ali nisam prejako trenirao (barem po nekom mom osjećaju).
Pitanje :
Da li je moguće jer stalno na otvorenom treniram, i baš taj dio tijela mi je naravno vazda mokar od znoja, i naravno tako mokar visim po šipkama 2 sata i naravno napolju je uveče hladno ....
Da li je moguće da su mi se tu neke tetive upalile radi hladnoće koja se tu skupljala danima ?
I koliko otprilike dana treba pauzirati da bi se te unutrašnje upale vratile u normalu ?
Ako pronađeš vremena, samo me posavjetuj kratko sa tvojim mišljenjem, znam da nisi ni doktor ni stručnjak ali možda iz sopstvenog iskustva imaš neki koristan savjet.
Počeo sam da ludim jer ne mogu da treniram 😂.

Pozdrav frende, istina je da nemogu sa stopostotnom sigurnoscu rec u cemu je problem, ali pogledaj si "teres major trigger point release" video na youtubeu i pokusaj masirat to podrucje, ukoliko osjetis bol tokom masaze koja se siri ticno u te predijele koje i osjetis tokom zgibova, velike su sanse da je to tvoj glavni problem, uz to svakako prodi i izmasiraj si cijela leda i gornji dio trapeza, dobro istegni i ponavljaj tjedan dana, najvjerojatnije je problem u ovoj tetivi koja je cesto rezultat neistezanja. Isto tako provjeri dali imas "rounded shoulders" , imas par odlicnih videa kako da to rijesis, koji su isto kombinacija masiranja, istezanja i nekih vjezbi kojima jacas oslabljenje misice koji su doveli do toga.
Ovaj disbalans moze izazvat puno vece probleme u ramenom zglobu kasnije tako da otkrij i rijesavaj cim prije mozes (ako je problem u bilo kojem od navedenog, nemora biti nista jer kao sto sam reko, nisam fizic, ali nadam se da ce pomoci)

bruno gimi 3 months ull be impressed ill do exactly 19 in overall 1 year of training now i train for almost 11 mo ths but random sw gym streetligting now i started concentrating on reps i done pullupbar dips 865 in 1 hour with not training more than a year i could done 13 when i started and that barelly in a row and 2 pullups
