Friday Afternoon to Wyndham Vale. Yhe 1650 P class will run as sprinters not P class. The 1716 departure from Southern Cross should be a P class and the last one. It's all subject to change.
Schony747 damn... Really... Glad to see those sprinters used for something other than Seymour and stony point although I heard they were being spread out... And how the heck do you know all this stuff?!
Schony747 ok. Nice to know. Somehow my Facebook got terminated and I don't plan to make a new one, so... But it's just amazing that you (I think your a tram driver?) Don't even work with trains yet you know all this... Thumbs up by the way!
Time Index 5:24...... isn't this the fly over that was built in 1961? The same 1961 fly over people said Napthine budget cut on and made the curves too tight? The same 1961 fly over that destroyed V/Locity wheels? I can't stop laughing about it.
The flyover that was -meant- to be rebuilt with more gradual curves and greasers. After a new platform at North Melbourne. neither of which happened. Also they fucked up the points at Deer Park, which is fun. Geelong line services have to slow to a snail's pace to cross old fashioned points where high speed turnout style ones should have been used instead.
Beautiful looking locomotives and That Destinctive Clagg ,Absolutely disgraceful that these have been Retired from the V line Get rid of the Modern Siemiens Metros .Hate the look of these Bombadier Metros
Sad to see these Veterans retiring from V/Line. First it was PN. Now V/Line.
Great video, be sad to see these locomotives go
Damn it's sad... I love those P's! I hope the N and A classes aren't retired any time soon.
N classes won't be coming off anytime soon I think the A classes are making a comeback it's possible to P's will be taken off the roster
QuebeC VR
Vlines A's are coming back? to cover the shortages I'd assume?
QuebeC VR yes, I heard A70 was coming back.
SCRX rAndoMGuY Wow that's such a surprise. They've been sitting there idle for years. Know of their condition? Hope they all come back.
Callum Binyon hopefully in good condition, I'd imagine it's in the restoring process at the moment.
When on Friday is its last service?

All shared information through facebook groups and others that actually work in the industry.

you can look at the network plan on the v/line corporate site as well
Thanks for the video! Do the control lines run through the whole train or is the trailing unit radio controlled?
No idea. I'll ask a question on our groups and get back to you.
MU cables through the whole train.
Thanks a lot.
So P class trains are not running anymore. I think the sprinter class should be withdrawn not p class
Nah these Krud Velocties they should be srcapped!
All About Transport sprinters are awesome! And so are the velocity. What's wrong with them?
funny that crossing over there doesn't seem to be activating
P Class on a commuter service. Keep the P Class for freight and shunting but they should not be used for commuter passenger services in 2017.
What! Keep P class that can only do 100 km/h. They are 60 years old, get rid of them.
The "P CLASS" on push & pull only!
they used to do single loco operation back in the tangerine days
The POOR MANS XPT!
Which is a poor country's HST

Same flyover re layed for Regional Rail.

POOR MANS XPT just like jet star only on rails
Canis Major and the XPT is the poor man's TVG.

The Vlocity has in my opinion saved passenger trains in this state. The P class were expensive to run with two man crews and underpowered as well.
