Caleb: There has been evidence that suggests that migraines and bad headaches can come before storms! I didn't know that with mine and then I started paying attention, sure enough they lined up. It makes it easier to jump on top of migraines if you know the cause.

I used to chew on licorice root and would often have a stick of it in my pocket, but that was more idle activity/mouth health/breath maintenance. Plus once you chew it long enough, the fibers act as a little toothbrush. But this ginger concept intrigues me.

I got these ear plugs that limit pressure changes. It's lessened the debilitating migraines. Called weatherrx
