This session will take you through the varied landscapes of Chile and introduce you to the regions: the Atacama Desert, Easter Island, Chiloe Island, the Lake District, Torres del Paine National Park, Patagonia and others that make Chile so unique. Become acquainted with the indigenous communities who are an important part of the country's preservation story. Dean Burke will talk about her experiences traveling in Chile and why it's flora and fauna are so important to her environmental research.
