FFXI Returning Players Guide: Seekers of Adoulin Key Items to Get Started

In this guide I show you the fastest way to get four essential Key Items that you will need to get around the Seekers of Adoulin zones. The key items you will get by following this guide are:
Logging (Lets you do damage to wooden Reives)
Demolishing (Lets you do damage to rock Reives)
Watercrafting (Lets you cross rivers)
Climbing (Lets you climb vines on cliffs)

just for ppl that will come next, the map you show for Foret de Hennetiel is wrong, the first trip on the river start on the beach at I-6, not the one at H-7. in I-6, you'll find a "Castoff Point. Same once you learn "Watercrafting", the place to ride the river is the south-eastern corner of I-7, not J-8.

Just finished this this morning to finish adoulin 2-1 to continue rhaphsodies. It took me a solid 4 hours to backtrack and figure it out. Will be coming back to the channel for more guides!

Am stuck after getting the watercrafting key item, i go J9 as shown on the map but i can`t go no were from there
There is a River Mount but nothing happens
