Like "Dirty Work" from their first album, "Any Major Dude" from their 3rd album was one of those tunes even non-Steely Dan fans liked upon first listen. When my wife and I first saw them play it live at the U. of Toledo on April 21, 1974, Jeff "Skunk" Baxter played the role of your horn section on pedal steel guitar, and Donald Fagen graciously let 19-year-old percussionist Royce Jones sing the lead vocal. Just a gorgeous song then and now.
I enjoy these fantastic cover bands as much as the originals.
