Directed by Bob Giraldi, the music video for "Say Say Say" a duet between Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson, which became a number one hit in the US after its release in 1983.
Wow! I didn't notice that Michael Jackson did a fantastic duet with Paul McCarteney! 🙂🙂😊😊🥰🥰🤗🤗 Also, he was only in his 20... Sorry... could you tell me, how old he was, when is did this duet ?
The difference is Paul's note is a falsetto while Michael's is a high-pitched scream. Both are different in intensity but equally pleasing. That's what happens when legends get together.
My FAVOURITE line from Paul is "YOUUUUUUUUU never ever worry, and you never shed a tear." Everything from the delivery of that clean, round tone, with natural vibrato that's not too fast, and the climb to "never" feels so effortless, and the little riff in "worry" is a beautiful landing point after those two soaring notes.

Dash93 I know he’s black I’ve been listening to Michael since I was born back in 1980. I’m a big fan of him and his sister Janet. Don’t go dragging his name into your BLM rant, it’s upsetting enough that he’s not here today to make more great music. Instead of getting angry be proud that he’s black, to me he is no doubt the best music artist of ALL TIME there will NEVER be another Michael or anyone that comes close to his level. He would of been turning 62 years old in August RIP 😔
That's depending on the person who's listenining the song. In my opinion Paul Mccartney was a bigger star than Michael Jackson, but that doesn't mean MJ wasn't an icon. Either way both are icons.
Manuel Figuera They both are icons in different ways, we all know Paul, John Lennon and George Harrison are gifted song writers and established their own solo careers after The Beatles, not sure what Ringo got up to. To me Michael was special, there was always that raw talent within him. When you watch him as a child in Jackson 5 you knew that he was gonna be big on his own and he was. He was a perfectionist, he could dance, sing, write songs and made the best music videos. He is the King imo and set the bar pretty high, I haven’t seen anyone come close to what he’s done within the music industry!!!! Just me ranting on as an MJ fan 😂

That era yes
Thanks being with Michael Jackson for 2 songs it means a lot
A voz do Michael Jackson é muito foda, pqp!!! A voz dele é inigualavelmente inigualável!!! Brabo demais!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏
I swear Michaels voice can make anything a hit, his voice has soul, funk, pop combined.
His vocals made Rockwell's "Somebody's Watching Me" a hit.
It really does
Made Rockwell's (somebody's watching me) video a hit and he didn't even have to show his face. His voice only in the video made it hot!!!.... FACTS!!
Nah
Michael jackson es increíble ❤
MJ's voice was at his peak here IMO, it's amazing sounding
Magneto Rex his voice has always been amazing
+Michael is Bae but it's at it's best here
Anything MJ sang on in the '80s was a smash hit -- Didn't matter if he sang one verse, the chorus, the hook, one word, or a single syllable...Simply amazing
It's very bright, crisp and exuberant.
+Tarantulisimo That in itself isn't artistically commendable. Look at boybands whose gushing disciples consistently render their dreck number one.
The singing's obviously dubbed here.
Unforgettable moment and I miss Michael…RIP❤❤
Love this song so much ! Love both these legendary artists together but wow when Michael sings that voice its from another universe............ ❤
When Michael started singing i got the strongest chills
I know what you mean. He has such a high girly voice.
HES THE GOAT
omg just incredible accurate

Gedy Shaltiel Absolutely

Pure magic! When I think of what we lost...God bless, Michael!
Beautiful song and the video is so amazing ❤Mike and Paul their voices sounded great together. And as I always say Michael was just gorgeous in the 80's.I really couldn't take my eyes of him.😍
Господи...верни...те времена... насладиться хочется Королем...не уходи!!!!
MJ elevates this song to another level............
Michael is so incredibly beautiful. He emanates innocence and kindness.his voice personifies it all. Voice doesn't lie.

You mean as he's drooling over his sister?

He is still hearing us.
Wonderful collaboration
First heard this song when I was 14. Thought it was amazing. Now I am 26, and still think it’s amazing ❤️

that stupid as fuck
A man from the Beatles...
And the literal King of Pop....
This song was destined for greatness.
Paul was great but Michael was amazing 😍
A man from the Beatles? He's the greatest songwriter that ever lived.
paul is not only “a man from the beatles”
He was not just a man from the beatles, he was the lead singer and writer of what was objectively the best band in history.
@@Sempapax actually john lennon was the main singer
Just a masterpiece
Mjs voice just cuts through like butter. Greatest ever!
If you're still listening to this song in 2024,
Oh boy you have a good taste in music.
Apple head indeed sir!
Apple head I have always loved MJ but I only found this song like 3 months ago. I’m 30. I’m basically obsessed with it currently. lol
@@chriscampbell4758 lol, I am also a fan of MJ and everyday I found a song that i never heard, it's never ends, If it's not Michael Jackson's songs it's the Jackson's, I never heard them all, lol, and I am glad about it, there's also an underrated song named '' Elizabeth I love you '' by MJ, it's really underrated and '' Little Suzie '' by Michael, you should listen to it too, they are very beautiful songs ~

No you not the only one I think his VERY cute🥰😍
Same
He waz fine az hell
What do you mean the last time?
I know what you mean and I respect your Opinion but the reason why he was changing his noes is because his dad was making fun of it and telling that it was big and stuff like that.
So incredible!!!!!
Don't remember seeing this!!!
The 80s was a great decade for music!!!
especially 1983
80's was great way of life.
the past shall never repeat. The 80's was and is the MECCA of entertainment be that musically or motion pictures. For all those who missed it,!? growing up with this experience "live" cannot be compared to "watching it" on "youtube" or "re-runs"... and "this" is not even the peak of culture you all missed... there were "cartoons" other music and movies you all missed.
@@khaelbalboa6073 I was born in 2000, wish I grew up back then. I feel like my generation really missed out on a lot.
@@krisnite05 Your generation has almost every single piece of recorded music at their fingertips, they didn't have that in 1983.
*Paul is fantastic but when Michael starts to sing everything comes alive and very exciting!!!* ⭐️ ❤️ ⭐️
@Dash93 i love michael jackson, i'm white but i prefer him black, this is the truth. I think that what you are saying is wrong, why do you think that all white peoples hate black peoples ? You can see that i'm not...
@Dash93 i love him black white green blue whatever. he is human being .
