Startup India Registration
People are very much interested in starting up a own business, but funding, confusions, ignorance has become the major barrier for the same. Government is providing plenty of schemes, subsidies and exemption to encourage a startup and one such scheme is Startup India.
What is a Startup:
Generally in colloquial language, every new entrepreneur mentions them as a Startup, but can we mention every new organisation as a Startup? The answer is No, an organisation only with an innovative business idea or a product or a service can only be called a Startup Company. Normally a startup would be created by an Individual or group of friends by investing a small sum of money to form a company and to develop the product.
What is Startup India Scheme:
The Government of India in the year of 2016 had launched a new scheme named as Startup India. The main moto of this scheme is to build a strong economic and supportive environment which can assist the growth of innovative startups in India. The Startup India scheme has a great beneficial 19 Action Points such as incubation centres, IPR Filing schemes, tax exemptions and many more offers.
Benefits of Startup India Scheme
Tax Exemption for first 3 years: Startups will be exempted from income tax for the first three years. But this benefit is available only by getting a certification from Inter-Ministerial Board shortly called as IMB.
IPR: The Startup company can enjoy subsidy benefits in filing Trademark and Copyright Registrations. They will enjoy 80% reduction in cost of filing patents or Trademark Applications.
Incubator System: incubator cells helps Startups to kick start the business. Incubators provide numerous benefits to owners of startup businesses. Their office and manufacturing space is offered at below-market rates, and their staff supplies advice and much-needed expertise in developing business and marketing plans as well as helping to fund fledgling businesses.
Government Tenders: Government projects are usually large and have higher monetary incentives. However, it is fairly difficult to obtain one. The primary reason being the competitiveness involved in them.
Funding: The government of India has set aside a corpus fund of Rs. 10,000 crore. This fund is managed by Small industrial Development Bank of India and is intended to provide equity funding support for the development and growth of innovation driven enterprises.
Eligibility:
Should be a Private Limited company or Limited Liability Partnership
The company formed should be a new one, and it should not be older than Ten years.
To be eligible under this scheme, a company should not have a yearly turnover of more than Rs. 25 Crores
All the companies which wish to join the Startup India Scheme should get approved by the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP).
The company should be based on a innovation or development of a new innovative products or services.
Who is Not eligible for Startup India
Proprietorship firm
Unregistered Partnership firm
Turnover more than 25 crores
Company which is older than 10 years

Registration Process
Inorder to initiate the Startup Indian Registration process, there are few preparations and procedures. We are here in this section, explaining to you the procedure for the same.
Step 1: Company Incorporation:
Before going for startup India Scheme, you must first register a Private Limited or Limited Liability Partnership. Once the company is registered, you must obtain the legal compliances such as PAN card in the name of the company, GST and other basic compliances to run the business.
Step 2: Submission of documents:
Once the company incorporation is completed, you can now register your company as a startup in the Government’s Startup India scheme. The forms are available in the Government Portal You need to create a login and just fill the form. Further submit the necessary documents and your business plan.
Step 3: Recognition Number:
Once the login is created, now you need to obtain the Recognition by clicking the submit button on the ‘Startup Recognition Form’.
Validity of Startup India Scheme
The Startup company, on completion of ten years from the date of registration, or if the turnover of the organisation exceeds Hundred Crores then the organisation ceases the privilege of Startup. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต

But we can't get any right link regarding 80% incentives on TRADEMARK. Even after get recogonised by STARTUP.
While applying for trademark registration itself, directly you Will get 50% discount in the Registration fee by submitting the DPIIT Certificate. After that submit the bill and claim the remaining benifits too
