I have not ridden yezdi adv brother and it's a new bike in the market, i guess it's low end torque is good and it can do better off-roading then ktm If you want to do highway touring then go for ktm adv 250

Take a test ride of both the machines, see what suites your needs, for city 250 adv is a good choise if you can manage the mileage

Mileage 28 City and 35+ in highways, till now no major problem
If you are considering buying,go for the new 390x
