- You are going to watch a memorable train travel of 4DN Bolan Mail train from Quetta to Karachi,
I tried my best to film this travel, you will watch breathtaking views of Bolan Pass taken from the cab of the locomotives,
You will watch train working at steepest gradient sections of Pakistan railways at ML3,
You will learn what is catch siding, its working and how much it is important for safe train travel,
You will also know why Mach station is not situated on main line and why its made at siding,
Bolan mail was recently restored after 2 years of suspension and i covered it as live on 1st December 2021 at Quetta Station,
We booed our seats in economy class of Bolan mail and started our journey on 3rd December 2021
Quetta to Karachi is 916 kilometre's and Bolan mail covered this distance in almost 20 Hours, Train take ML3 from Quetta to Habib kot junction then it divert on ML2 till kotri Junction and passed through Dadu city, Larkana city, sehwan Sahrif city,
From Kotri junction till Karachi City station it runs on ML1 railway line,
Bolan mail economy class fare is 1000 Rupees and ac standard fare is 2400 Rupees,
Bolan mail had 7 economy class and 1 Ac standard coach,
Departure time of 4DN Bolan mail os 11am,
Major stops of train are
Kolpur, Sibi Junction, dera murad jamali, dera allahyar, jacobabad, shikarpur, larkana, sehwan sharif, dadu, kotri, Buradabad, jungshahi, Landhi

Thank you for the excellent work. A time travel for me. I lived in Quetta mid 1960s to early 1970s. My father was posted as physician at Civil Hospital. Went to school St Francis Grammar and Cantt Intermediate College. Every two years took Bolan Mail to Karachi and fly to Dhaka as East Pakistanis for vacation. Train departure time from Quetta was then 3:30. So we saw the tunnels while still daylight, but dark by time reached Sibi. Wish to visit Quetta again. Left for USA after a year in Bangladesh.

Excellent coverage indeed!! This video made me reminisce my good old days. I lived at Sibi & Kolpur for about 4 years respectively while my dear father was posted to these stations as Assistant P-Way Inspector to maintain railway tracks in early 1960s.

As a good Rail promoter you may request the rail Minister and secetary & urge them to try to have Funds allocated for building the tracks from Bostan-Zhob-D.I Khan-Kotla Jam and also Mari Indus-Tank sections in Broad Gauge.

Wow sir, this deserves appreciation, specially in the part where you did cab ride on the nose of the locomotive from Kolpur to Abegum, I think it was a long ride, and at 20:00 it was clearly seen the difficulty you must faced on sitting on that very small place, but you still kept on to take the best shots possible at the bolan pass, and for ML-2 is concerned, it's was very dark when the train passed, hopefully in future kindly cover that route again in some other train that passes through that route in Morning, and lastly the geu20 4554, was hauling good but what I felt this driver between kotri to landhi was driving comparatively slower, btw what was the top speed when in when the train was traveling in ML1 route?, Anyways great video sir, enjoyed a lot...

جناب آج سے 18 یا 19 سال پہلے ایک نئ ٹرین بلوچستان ایکسپریس کے نام سے شروع کی گئی تھی ۔جسکا کراچی سے کوئٹہ کا دورانیہ سفر 12 سے 13 گھنٹے کا تھا۔جسکا وجہ سے اس ٹرین میں کافی رش رہتا تھا اور کافی لوگوں کو بہت سہولت بھی تھی
کراچی سے شام 6 بجے نکل کے دوسرے دن صبح 7 بجے کوئٹہ پہنچتی تھی۔جو بعد میں کچھ سال بعد ہی ٹرانسپورٹ مافیہ کی وجہ سے بند کردی گئی۔اسی دور میں کبھی چلتن ایکسپریس اور اباسین ایکسپریس بھی کوئٹہ کے لئے چلا کرتی تھی۔بہترین سفر تھا۔اور اس روٹ پہ رش بہی کافی تھا۔ٹرانسپورٹ مافیہ کی ملی بھگت سے سب ٹرین بند کردی گئیں

Really scary and often times funny watching you guys sitting on the edge of locomotive, you and Sufiyan Bhai covered Baluchistan beautifully. Your narration is top notch during the journey. What’s with Imran bhai, cheer up bro, it’s not that bad, ask us we are dying for that experience. It’s amazing how no one wears the mask there and yet people are doing just fine. Loved the hustler who was selling choley, really cheap fare though, not sustainable. I also like your well timed comedy in your videos. Congratulations on this successful trip. Jab ML1, ML2 aor ML3 ban jaye, to pir Quetta to Karachi train ka safar bus se bi kam hojayeega, hum ne boht ziyaada intizaar kiya ML1 par kaam start hone ka, lakin pata nahi ke Govt kiya kar rahi hay.

A very good journey as usual, there is one suggestion here, i watch this channel and Sufian's channel regularly and feels good to see you both together but then it seems redundant to watch same content at the same time so it will be good either one of you post the video later on or travel separately as at times i could hear Sufian in the back ground, now i will watch sufian's vlog after few days ,Insha'Allah.

Balochistan is so beautiful! Itna zyada tourism potential hai yahaan. Par please yahaan trees mat lagaye. Desert area ki apni ek ecology aur biodiversity hoti hai, ped laga ke wo khatam na kare. I had the opportunity to travel on Chiltan express, from Lahore to Kot Adu … At that time my husband was stationed at Taunsa barrage … the AC sleeper was okay. We had the compartment for 2 … with bathroom … no bedding … No food service though! And to be honest, I was afraid of eating food during our journey, so I packed my own.
