Powerful, life-changing message, giving the liturgy of the Lord's Supper a new perspective. Preacher traced its celebratory origin from Exodus to the time of Lord's offering of Himself as our Paschal Lamb. Great Message.

There's so many questions, it's so simple. Jesus said, do this in remembrance of me. So do it, simple! Take your wine or grape juice and bread or a cracker and celebrate Jesus. There are verses in Matthew, John, Corinthians. God is not complicated 🙏
Yes I love the way you called this the Lords Supper. I always call it the Passover Lords Supper which brings it back to the truth. Luke 22:13.You are right It is not a ritual but we are participating in Jesus body and blood. There is only one sacrifice on Calvary which was the end of all sacrifices and one continuous celebration supper enforcing this victory until Jesus returns
This gentleman is well on his way to the fullness of truth. He is in fact teaching of the real presence of Christ in the eucharist. Just as how the Catholic church teaches. St. Ignatius of Antioch, the boy whom Jesus embraced , and friend of St. John the apostle writes. “Take note of those who hold heterodox opinions on the grace of Jesus Christ which has come to us, and see how contrary their opinions are to the mind of God. . . . They abstain from the Eucharist and from prayer because they do not confess that the Eucharist is the flesh of our Savior Jesus Christ, flesh which suffered for our sins and which that Father, in his goodness, raised up again. They who deny the gift of God are perishing in their disputes” (Letter to the Smyrnaeans 6:2-7:1 [A.D. 110]). It might be called Transubstantiation in the medevial period but the belief has been long held since the apostles and before the bible was compiled in 382 under Pope Damasus in Rome.

If we claim that Jesus said we should take bread to remember his death, then how did we end up with wafer and cracker ?. God is specific, isnt He ? If it is meant to be bread, then why is it not bread ? How often should it be taken ? What is the recipe ? Who's hands made it ? How do we use a natural or literal piece of bread to connect with Him who is Spirit ? How does a piece of literal bread, trigger your memory of His death ? How does it enhance your spiritual life ?
You have way too many questions. The bread represents his body whether it’s a cracker or bread the process which it goes to in creating it is almost the same you kneed it, punch it, put it in the oven in flames and it comes out good. That day Christ was crucified he was beaten and battered and that’s an understatement. The wine is the blood he spilled. 1st Corinthians 11:25 explains how many times you can do it Jesus said “DO IT AS OFTEN AS YOU DRINK IT” Acts 2:46 says “So continuing DAILY with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart” that wasn’t no cookout it was communion. Don’t think about it so much. You asked how it enhances your spiritual life? How can it not? You are consuming his flesh and drinking his blood. John 6:55 For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. Remember always do it in remembrance of him on that day when he sacrificed himself like a king. God bless.
@@rjaustin4136What a poor way to start your response. Your response tells me that you are not qualified to answer this question. Anyone has a right to ask questions and get a respective answer, without being told that they are asking too many questions. Your answers also tells me that you have not put no proper thought in your answer, but rather answers from the top of your head. Is this really what Jesus was trying to teach ?Why would I want to eat his flesh, through a piece wafer or cracker, if it should be bread? If you were teachable and had put in more study on the subject, then your answer would be like this. I hope your are not either a pastor or any form of leading figure.
Can you explain 1 Corinthians 11:27-29? I want to celebrate the Lord’s supper properly. Also Catholics teach that the Lord is present in the Eucharist in he mass, can you clarify this
Dear brothers and sisters, please remember that Ye-hua was crucified the same time as the lambs were sacrificed ( lamb of G-d that takes away our sin 🙄 ) the last supper was NOT a Sader meal. ( Passover ) 🕎🌏🌍🌎✝️
This is about communion! Discern the body! Appreciate! For any one who eats and drinks without discerning the body eats and drinks judgment upon himself. 30 That is why many of you are weak and ill, and some have died. What is discerning the body? On the tenth day of the first month the Passover and you shall keep it until the fourteenth day of this month, when the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill their lambs in the evening. “This day shall be for you a memorial day, and you shall keep it as a feast to the Lord, throughout your generations you shall observe it as an ordinance for ever. Passover is not a sin sacrifice it's a remembrance. So alongside the Passover Lamb, Jesus/Yeshua, on the fourteenth day was offered up, and upon him was the chastisement that made us whole, by his stripes we are healed! Isaiah 53 Communion = healing! We need to discern worthily! Remembering..The difficulty in surrendering a young Lamb (pet) and knowing WHY it was required to eat ALL of the Lamb, everything! this was for OUR bodies to receive healing! all the soft tissue, the face, eyes, brain, everything was sacrificed for our salvation AND our healing! Discerning, Worthily IS THIS. We need to understand the Jewish component and welcome it! The Jews then disputed among themselves, saying, “How can this man give us his flesh to eat?” 53 So Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink his blood, you have no life in you; 54 he who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. 55 For my flesh is food indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. 56 He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him. 57 As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so he who eats me will live because of me. 58 This is the bread which came down from heaven, not such as the fathers ate and died; he who eats this bread will live for ever.” 59 This he said in the synagogue, as he taught at Caper′na-um. Communion is for healing, Discern/understand the body of the LAMB! This is amazing to me!
the encrypted message took place telepathically. In the Lord's Supper there was only telepathy and telepathic speaking with the bridge of the nose. And Judas betrayed Jesus with these words. The disciples of Jesus could all telepthate, pull themselves together and make them invisible and teleport and move objects with their thoughts, i.e. telekinesis. They talked more telepathically than with words.
@Gilda Manuel Thanks for the good and necessary reminder, Gilda. James 5:16 Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working. 😊
