Thank you so much!! That cake was legendary!! It was near the end of one of the aisles! If you need any tips for planning a trip to Sydney though, let us know! We spent a few months there! Definitely one of our fav cities. :) They have *fantastic* Chinese food too, if you’re looking for some good eats!
Hi guys, Thanks so much for the videos, have watched them all. I don't normally like travel videos but loved yours! They're very well made without being too polished or professional looking. Just really well balanced with a lot going for them. I'm from Adelaide and I hope you're able to make it back to Australia some day, hopefully with a more sane schedule. 😄 Loads more stuff to see in SA although unfortunately lots of it is a long drive away. Kangaroo Island is quite close to Adelaide though (heaps of wildlife, scenery, famously expensive ferry to get there). Further away is Coffin Bay National Park (scenery, massive sand dunes, tranquil & wild beaches, wildlife, nearby shark cage diving) & the Flinders Ranges (some really rugged and beautiful scenery, wildlife, 550 million year old fossils, Ridgetop tour at Arkaroola is fantastic). There's also all the wine areas that are pretty close to Adelaide but I got the impression wine isn't really your thing, no worries. Should check out Western Australia too, the Kimberley region is about the same size as the entire state of Victoria and has some pretty spectacular landscapes. Sorry for the essay! Hope you're back up and at it soon. ps. You guys are Platypus whisperers or something, never seen anyone have so much luck finding them! 😂
We definitely want to make it back one of these days! There is so much to see, especially in SA and WA like you mentioned! Have you been to the cuttlefish migration? That’s something on our bucket list too! You’re right about the wines! Lol. We’d still do it with the right people, but probably not on our own! Lol The essay is very much welcomed!! I love chatting with the people who stumble into our page and hearing all of the suggestions! If you ever need platypus spotting tips we definitely tried our best to spot them and succeeded! Minus the one in Tassie! We got super lucky there!! Lol
@@IfWeGoTo Yeh the Kimberley is in northern WA. The whole of WA's coast is worth a (long) road trip. I haven't been to the cuttlefish migration, it's about 4 hours away from Adelaide so I'm not sure if it's worth seeing just by itself but it'd be worth doing as part of a road trip to southern Eyre peninsula or the Flinders ranges... or on the way across the Nullarbor if you ever attempt that!
