I only got a 3DS and a switch. My Ps4 is broken. I have 700 hours in The binding of isaac rebirth, been playing since 2016. I have 300 hours in Triforce Heroes. I have 180 hours in Project Mirai Dx. I have 400 hours in Animal Crossing. I have 200 hours in Hollow Knight. I have 200 hours in Stardew Valley. I have 500 hours in Terraria. I have 300 hours in minecraft. I have 200 hours in Pokemon X. I have 900 hours in the binding of isaac repentance.

It's about amount + effort + time + variety V.E.T.A Variety of different types of games (classical, in-between, newest, sidscroller, fps, bullethell, dungeon crawler, etc) Effort you put into the game with proof (stats or progression that proves you've leveled and understand the mechanics of the games you are playing), Time spent proving that you've had a minimum of at least 2 years of gaming experience since you started sometimes including small objects that prove your dedication (posters, even a dollar figurine) Amount of games that you have played- one single game doesn't make you a gamer it just makes you a guy who games every now and then.
Well i kinda agree with him on certain Things. For me a Real Game has a good Story, good Gameplay, good Graphics, good Characters and Character Development, gives you here and there a actual Challenge, doesnt always hold your Hand, Pokemon for example even shows you later the Weaknesses of Enemies, has Epic and changing Boss Battles and feels at the End Sad but also happy for playing trough it, even when its the Third Time. Didnt have something like that in a long Time. What do the Game Developers do? I can easily see beforehand in most Games what happens next. Even in the so called Triple A Games. Who are feeling like Regular Games, Ideas and Storys who i already seen somewhere before. Where is the Originality and Creativity nowadays? And why do so many People just dont use interesting Ideas like Lovecraft for really good Games instead of Games almost nobody picks up. Have People nowadays no Ambitions anymore? However yes Mobile Games dont make you a Gamer. Only having One Console? Pathetic. As a Real Gamer im also thinking about making my own Games or how to make certain Games better. I know that Video isnt probably meant seriously but Well People need to wake up from their Quantity and Repeating Games with no Ambitions as well do Game Developers. To make again really good Games like in the PS2 Times.
