How is everything? How is your integration? In July will be a year after my first ayahuasca , things have been a rollercoaster, but I am able to perceive things which I could have not perceived 2 years ago for example. Things are balancing out, don't wait a year for your second one. So you can heal, remember more and connect faster to the greater will. Heal and healing others is the great mission. We all need to remember where we come from. I'm hopeful my second ayahuasca experience happens this year.. embrace every single synchronicity, every inner voice guide. It almost never fails

I found out thing about myself, that i never knew and had the most crazy visions, ups and downs, but i know where do start and i get better and better everyday, with my integration. I really did my preparation so i was as ready as i could be towards my journey, which i can recommend everyone to do as well. It was fun/weird to hear this exact compilation play out, while i had the intentions of letting go and digging deep into my self. In my journey, it all started when i got thrown back to my school dentist, as i have a lot of trauma in my teeth ahaha. I kinda miss the experience and i want to have another retreat this summer. However, i have a lot on my to-do list, before i do that. I wish you the best on your life ride and and if you trust in yourself, love and the process, you can be one with everything. I am exited to hear about your experience and feel free to reach out to me 🙏
