If you give it axolotls (as food) you could befriend it. It would act similarly to a tamed wolf, it would tp to the player when in an area of water that is 3x5 horizontally, and 2 vertically, or more, it would attack anything that attacks you while in water other than pufferfish. It also would have a chance to defriend you, if it did you can rebefriend it, but it has a lower chance to befriend you each time.
