brilliant property, nice location & well built . . . just one small problem . . . the city's biggest garbage dumping ground is less than a mile from Atmosphere . . . and the smell of rotting garbage is quite evident no matter what anyone tells you . . . the smell might be a bit less smelly in the higher floors but it's there . . .
..Yeah. .I know right...I remember as a child when we used to go to our 'mamabari' from there [ Science City more ]. . usually in taxis. .we had to pass that 'dhapar maath' by the highway..And we used to put hankys on our noses/mouths to desparately avoid that extremely foul smell...And it takes around almost 2 minutes to get rid of that smelly situation......But do you really think the people who're gonna spend ₹14-₹21 Cr. for a property in Forum Atmosphere, are going to compromise with the rotting smells from Dhapa at all ?...I don't think those smell reaches this far...Otherwise, the project wouldn't have been there. .ever... . 🙂
