I use to fish off the Barge in Redondo, lots of fishing done at Hermosa Peir when they had Rick's Tackle there and his wife Joan making some awesome food.

I caught 3 calico myself but the best part of my trip was when the captain says “ we’ll yesterday we spotted blue fin tuna and I want to go get them today!” Sure as S**** it took 2 hours if battling but the boat landed one tuna. It was awesome to get to see that. Ive only been fishing since last year and my 3rd time on a boat but man what an experience! Ill send you on IG the pic
I'm going to Reno del Rey on a boat on Saturday for my first time hopefully I do a good job and bring some good fish home to eat I love all the videos of fishing
Depending on what you're going for my answer changes. If you're going for rockfish it will cost a little more but pierpoint is good. Marina Del Rey is a short walk to the car after and is in very pricey so that's also a nice option. I tend to get bigger fish out of pierpoint. My favorite overall would be 22nd Landing in San Pedro or Fisherman's Landing in San Diego. Enterprise out of pierpoint. Spitfire out of Marina del Rey. The freedom or the pride out of 22nd Landing. The fortune out of Fisherman's Landing

I'll say just out of experience the best way to do a fishing TH-cam channel is by yourself. I can totally help in different ways and I wouldn't mind meeting up and fishing but to constantly put out content, so you gain traction, you will need to be able to do some editing. Do you have a camera and computer?
