It's either The Mechanic (2011) or Mechanic: Resurrection (2016). I haven't seen either movie so I'm not sure which it is. What I do to find a movie is try to find a character I recognize and hope their character name is spoke. In this case I know Jason Statham and his character name in this movie, per the video, is Arthur. I checked his IMDB and looked for movies where he played a character named Arthur. According to IMDB he only played a character named Arthur in those two movies.
