Shirou became part of the throne by some twisted methods...But Wodime? He deserves to be a Heroic Spirit of his own.
Agreed if not a vessel for a divine spirit. My money is on Odin using Wodime as a vessel. Don’t forget Odin has helped us from time to time: Caster Cu Chulainn in both Fuyuki and Camelot, merging Scathach and Skadi to ensure the Norse Lostbelt has a future, I can imagine him helping out in Scathach’s summoning in the American Singularity too. So I wonder if the South American Lostbelt will have his attention.

@@WildArtistsl probably not Thor since he has no connection to Thor at all but I can see him being a vessel for Zeus or maybe even Atlas (since what he tried to do could be considered taking the entire weight of the world on to himself)
@@WildArtistsl He's definitely a willing Atlas. He who shoulders the world. And Atlas doesn't have a design and apparently agree with him 100%.
@@thethessaliah Grand Order / Anima Animusphere thematically could also match Atlas' world-on-shoulders shtick, which otherwise would 100% manifest in his NP. GO/AA is described as "Humanity's Defence Celestial Sphere"; with Wodime being its master, him being the one who takes responsibility for the whole world can be interpreted quite literally.
Also, for design, I could see Wodime's ascension arts having the CHALDEAS globe system in the background, with the final one having his golden Animusphere magic represented as a cage around it. His iconic drip would remain the same throughout the same through all the ascension arts, but his animations would would change; first starting out with basic magic animations like the old default caster animations with more SFX, then eventually his animations from his Lostbelt boss fights. Then, finally, his final Ascension's NP animation would be a fusion of classic GO/AA and whatever Atlas' actual NP would be.

I think it would be incredibly badass for him to return as a Servant someday.
His appearance, his personality, his powers, his true goal, his theme...everything about him just screams next level.

Origin of Wodime is a story I'd never forget... fgo authors did a good job here honestly speaking.
After this dude nearly wiped out our entire lineup with one attack in Atlantis, I'm now looking forward to the rematch with Wodime at the end of Olympus in NA...

@@sir.jebach3195None taken. I wrote this comment after playing Olympus, both Kirsch and Pepe are my favorite crypters at the time. But after playing LB6...I think I like Pepe a bit more (with Kirsch coming in second, of course)

His character design has always stood out to me as being more extravagant and heroic looking compared to the other crypters. I wonder if they did that on purpose? He looks heroic, has feats to his name, and is incredibly powerful. I think the chances of him becoming a spirit of some kind is decently likely. Maybe he's summoned later on and saves us from disaster?
Imagine this were about to be wiped out by something way to hard and then when all hope is lost you just start to hear those note and see in chat

Olympus Lostbeltt is a fucking super epic and badass chapter I've ever read. This blonde dude right here ain't a joke, fighting us without his servant by his side like dayum! Can't wait for Britain Lostbelt to be release!
This lostbelt is nothing when it comes to Avalon la fae...lostbelt 6 is litterally better then fate/Stay night in almost every regard.

This part of the theme also played as Sir Gawain and Sir Lancelot was summoned to stop Barghest was epic.
An important note to remember is that Wodime is the SECOND human non-Servant to fight you and still be more than capable of massacring your Servants in a full battle. To compare Assassin Li Shu Wen is a HUMAN not a Servant (though he would eventually become one later on) here in the Lostbelts yet he has all the experience and strength to punch your Servants to death. Wodime is a powerful Magus, he could have killed us in Atlantis but he opted not to and that was just humiliation for us. Even though he worked against us, his ultimate goal was ultimately to save PHH in the end, as if he was trying to see our resolve so he set himself up as an antagonist. Daybit (who we don't fight directly) was ultimately the biggest test as he too opposed us but he did so because he knew how twisted the Animusphere Grand Order project really was so he opted to release a horror that could end everything.
Well Wodime wasn't saving PHH, he actively wanted to end PHH to save the humans within his lostbelt.

That Moment In The Lostbelt 6 Was So Epic, Mash Using Her Shield To Summoning Lancelot And Gawain To Fight VS Barghest Together 💥🔥
I was surprised when that theme was used instead of Rebellion ngl. But that change itself was the hype.

This fight I didn’t want to end it was also the longest fight I had at 47 turns mainly bc I wasn’t using mash as my damage unit until I got down to her and double merlin talk about unkillable
Using mash solo only take 43 turns lol

Just did this fight after coming back from a year and a half break and my god this fight and this battle music will never be forgotten

Just got to this fight in story. This guy is like Otto Apocalypse but cooler and not as evil (probably the long blonde hair and overall attitude he has is what's reminding me of Otto.) Love him tbh. He was done dirty.

They even both use the same "reloading humanity" buff, which is kind of an interesting touch. I thought it meant loading the energy gained from burning human history like into the barrel of a gun to fire at us, metaphorically speaking, but now it seems to be a skill for those with the intent of redefining the definition of "human."
