Charlo Mt. Ospreys ~ Unexpected Loss ~7 5 17

The youngest of the Charlo brood of 2 had difficulties since last evening, and was not able to cast a pellet. Difficulty breathing increased this morning leading to complete respiratory failure. RIP to this vibrant chick who stole our hearts away and brought many smiles and dreams of a successful season of 2 to fledge. Life is so very fragile., and to see one to fledge is always a joy on these cams. The real world is much different, as we only view a tiny percent of all out there. One to fledge is wonderful. We all can hope for more in the future. Each season is a new ballgame, and we are only sitting in the stands watching. Cheering the team on.
