Can we take a moment to recognize the narrators amazing and detailed play of words that really brings the Dakar to life for those of us catching up with the highlights of the race. 👏🏾 👏🏾
Glad to hear the truck guys are getting some time back. That looked like it could have been a bad turn out, maybe even fatal, for the buggy guys if they hadn't helped them.
It was beautiful to see the big trucks helping the side-by-side’s get out of that river. True gentleman's sport. Great to hear they’re gonna get some time back too. That gesture will encourage others to help lend a hand in the future.
So shocked when I heard the news this morning, still can’t believe it. It just reinforces how finely balanced life is and in a second it’s gone. So sad but at least he left doing what he enjoyed instead of getting old and losing the ability to do anything. RIP Mr Block, huge respect to you sir.
Terrific coverage once again, although I do miss the Kamaz, Maz and Liaz trucks this year, seems strange to be without them...Been looking for the father and son team from Japan in their Hino track, no mention of them so far. No two days are ever the same on the Dakar...
Where pros are taking picnic breaks, to not open stage. Mason Klein "I really enjoy opening the stage, Now I got my chance and I am really excited". Confidence
Qué hermoso paisaje...las rocas...el desierto...dunas...extrañas formaciones rocosas y a vista del helicóptero los vehículos...que increíble!!! Dakar 2023 todo un espectáculo!!
Is there any way to watch any longer form Dakar coverage in English language? I’m sure the last few years have had more coverage but I could be mistaken! As always, absolutely love the Dakar content. Always great :)
Yeah does anyone know where i can watch the Dakar ive tried looking for it everywhere on google but cant get it even tried buffstreams but it does not show there
Apparently there is a longer (about 1 hour) recap availabe in some places. I'm lucky enough to have acces to Eurosport1 wich broadcasts these at 22.00CET
So sad to hear of Ken Block's untimely passing... RIP, you were an incredible talent... So good to see the trucks helping out the buggies. Good coverage of the day !!!
Stuck in the sand *struggling to stand* lending a hand 🏜 English highlights always the best one !! every day looking forward to enjoy dakar and how how putting words together
Kudos to the trucks helping those that were stuck. On a different note: Condolences to Ken Blocks family for his untimely death. And a BIG F U to the Dakar event organizers for not stopping the stage 3 earlier!!! Very unfair and irresponsible.
In an earlier video on what the bike guys wear, they showed one of those crash inflator jackets. ANYONE know if these are set up to be deflated and then inflated again IF you happen to have multiple crashes? I have only seen these on the MotoGP guys and it certainly looks like once inflated you would have great difficulties, if not impossible, to ride WITH the unit inflated? I guess you could deflate it easy enough, but would these units in the Dakar have the ability to "reload" as it were? Maybe just deflating, and inserting a NEW, spare CO2 cartridge for the next crash?
Rest in peace legend! Devastating to hear that, most of us grew up watching his videos and admiring him
True words.
Now I regret not seeing him race in Maine this past 2022 season rally racing....😪
*_🏁RIDE IN PARADISE KEN BLOCK !🏁_*
I grow up with Colin. Colin is gone. I get older with Ken. Now he is also gone.
Soo sad about Ken .. Legend
Absolutely shocked to hear about Ken. What an inspiration, what a driver, and such a wonderful man and father. He’ll be greatly missed! 😢
What happened to him
It sounds that it was a snowmobile accident
Oh no
The Dakar spirit is alive! Great to see the teams helping each other.
Compare that to F1. Bunch of sniping goons.
No bro, it`s all politics, there is no ruling champion KAMAZ.
@@ivangoran4461 no one cares about Kamaz. They only win because they race mainly against privateers. They choose the easy route.

Well the praise probably goes to the writing team, but agreed absolutely brilliant to listen to
Thank you for acknowledging Ken Block. He will be missed. Keep up the great work on all of these extended highlights
Such a sad news, never been a fan tbh but I'm sure it's an icon for you guys in america, sincere condoleances 😥
Ken Block will always remain the hooligan he is. RIP hero.
Glad to hear the truck guys are getting some time back. That looked like it could have been a bad turn out, maybe even fatal, for the buggy guys if they hadn't helped them.
I love how the comeraderie in Dakar is allowed for. It's part of what sets it apart from other races.
Very likely to have been fatal if the buggy had flipped. No way out of that situation in flash flood conditions. Holy crap that would be terrifying.

Thunder...lightning...the way you driving is frightening...😀😃😄magnificent!

" Carlos's mechanic looks underpaid to me! There you go " hahahaha what a legend! keep it up!
That one made me laugh very hard as well 😂
I for one absolutely love the commentators wittyness
Thank you for the coverage of the Dakar.
Well done tribute to Ken Block.
Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.
Kudos to those trucks that helped the SSVs, true spirit of the Dakar it is still alive
nice you gave a special mention to Ken, he will be missed.
A sad day indeed 😥 RIP KEN BLOCK.
Great to see the sportsmanship alive n kicking in the Dakar 😉
Excellent ! Thank you for the coverage.
The Dakar Spirit of helping another participant always gets us 🙏🏼...and Rest in Peace, Ken 😢
Always Enjoyed Dakar and Continue Enjoying It From The Caribbean 🇻🇨.
R.I.P KB🏁
This is Dakar, awesome!!
Terrific coverage once again, although I do miss the Kamaz, Maz and Liaz trucks this year, seems strange to be without them...Been looking for the father and son team from Japan in their Hino track, no mention of them so far. No two days are ever the same on the Dakar...
I miss the DAL trucks from the 80’s.
Political correctness ruins everything

Couldn't have said it better. Goodbye to a legend and a role model growing up. R.I.P. Ken and thank you!
Why Pro Drive has so many punctures?!!?
Props for trucks for helping SvS cars \0/
Fantastic coverage. Truly saddened by the loss of Ken Block on Monday. RIP buddy- you were a phenomenal automotive racer and entertainer.
Thanks for the fitting tribute to Ken! RIP Legend
Thank you for mentioning Ken🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for the great highlights, and mentioning Ken. Classy, and a classy guy he was.🙄
A note for improvement Dakar page last year the videos were more in depth on each category. Thanks for the great videos and the narration is epic
Qué hermoso paisaje...las rocas...el desierto...dunas...extrañas formaciones rocosas y a vista del helicóptero los vehículos...que increíble!!! Dakar 2023 todo un espectáculo!!
These are poetry masterpieces from the commentary team
Great tribute to a great man, May he drift in the heavens above.
Go Daniel, go!!!
Thanks for the mention of Ken. True legend gone...but never forgotten.
Stunning pictures, beautiful words, devastating news from the snows in Utah💔
Great coverage! RIP #43
RIP Ken Block
Rest in paradise mr ken block, you’ll be missed so much💙
Great to see the support by the truck
Met Ken in WRC Guanajuato, family man, showman and a great driver. RIP Block, you will be missed.
Some dangerous conditions there! Seeing those flashfloods, who would've expected. But again, it is Dakar..
Nice job on the trucks helping them out.
Is there any way to watch any longer form Dakar coverage in English language? I’m sure the last few years have had more coverage but I could be mistaken!
As always, absolutely love the Dakar content. Always great :)
The moment dakar came to saudi the coverage became the worst. It was great coverage in south american
It's almost impossible to watch any long format now unless you get entirely new subscriptions for shite like Eurosport. It's all paid for streams now.
@@t.s.p1864 before it went to sth america it was on speed tv for an hour every night
Yes it's too short 10 minutes !!
For me it's the best part of my day, 2 weeks in January for dakar and 3 weeks in July for tour de France
NBC Sports uploads 20 minute highlights a few hours after this one
Definitely proving to be a proper rally this year
Ken was someone like Colin. He did with his TH-cam videos what Colin did with his computer games. He brought rallying closer to the people. RIP
RIP Ken Block. A Legend !!!
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Much needed points.
Why so short, and change of standings format ??
Super narrative and filmwork, but less footage time and info... Why why why....
be safe guys, U r heroes to us no matter which place u end up
Excellent couverage but we wait a french versioin of this
I like your TH-cam video is the best in the world 🌎🌎🌎
How's 10 minutes a extended highlights...?
1:45 - he jumps back up. "I'm fine!" and keeps riding.👍
I like the scenery
Go hard chucky 🤘🏼
Nice place, nice Rally. Waooo.!!
C'mon guys, surely there's alot more footage then 10 minutes. Feels like we're missing more then half of the action.
Because we are… I didn’t even see my country represented AT ALL… just from their updates from their own channel…
Yeah does anyone know where i can watch the Dakar ive tried looking for it everywhere on google but cant get it even tried buffstreams but it does not show there
I gave up, I don't think it exists. It can't be hard to slap a camera going to starlink on a truck or a few spots
Apparently there is a longer (about 1 hour) recap availabe in some places. I'm lucky enough to have acces to Eurosport1 wich broadcasts these at 22.00CET
Rip 🙏 ken.
You gave us ton of joy.
RIP Ken
Rest in peace legend 43

RIP Ken 🙏🏾💯😥 legend, sad news, I was shocked. Still am.
What a touch of class to commemorate rally legend Ken Block.
Question, I am new here , how did the bikes get across that river? And Quads? Best!
Love
I love how the commentator narrate this video.. very entertaining..

Such a great event, even the commentator brings his A game, hey Chucky

Why is the french version highlights not online today?
No standings for the cars???
Fantastic commentator!
This commentary is just brilliant. Is the commentator/writer doing other things than Dakar?
Epic
where are the results???
never saw this kind of a coverage like this. amateurs.
Rip ken block loved ur gymkhanas, rip rip. 😪😪
can we watch longer videos ? i mean some other media ? 10 min of a day is low...1 min for cars bikes and trucks ....really sad ...
to Ken; may he be forever racing chromed and shinne on the highways of valhala
no matter how many times i hear it, I'll always feel heartbroken to hear that ken block is no longer with us... dude was such a big inspiration to me
Good to see the South Africans leading
Japan in their Hino track, no mention of them so far. No two days are ever the same on the Dakar...
RIP Ken😔 you'll be missed
So sad to see no Kamatz trucks .
Don’t worry, we have environmentally friendly electric ridiculous vehicles instead 😂 they look like a joke 😂
Yeah Mike! 🤘🙂👌 Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Etappen Sieg Malle Moto Klasse! Keep on riding! 🍀🙏🍀
