You might as well Keep Rui and move him to the bench. You’re just shuffling chairs if you trade Rui for Bogdan. Contract is pretty much the same and Rui is younger what are they doing? Especially if they’re giving up a first go get AYO from Chicago and Keep Rui and Gabe and continue to fortify your bench

@@dartkid3666 For a first you could send out JHS, Wood, and Cam for AYO and THT. The bulls clear up almost 10 million in salary next year and get a first. We open up a roster spot. If the Lakers really want to get creative they could send Gabe and a first to Chicago for Ayo that clears 4 million then see what it would cost to move JHS into Detroit’s cap space. That would put us under the first apron for higher tier buyout candidates

People are so overhyping rui it’s unreal. He had a good game against Washington. Ya basically a g league team. Rui needs to do this against the Knicks, clippers, and all these good teams.
He was good in the loss to the clippers. He’s literally had multiple good games against good teams this year like the clippers, suns, Minnesota, Sacramento, Memphis, the warriors and spurs who aren’t “good teams” but they definitely match up well against the lakers.
Rui isn’t overrated in the slightest. He’s underrated by idiots like you who think is efficient scoring and ability to get hot from 3 is easily replaceable. It’s not, which is why the lakers are making sure if they trade him it will be for someone who can make up for what they’re losing in rui.

The lakers are keeping him and the rest of the team okay so no more of these trade rumors and trade talks end of discussion about it and yes the Lakers will win the NBA Finals if it gets to that point. Plus last time I checked it’s still the first half of the NBA regular season even though the All Star game is still coming up and so the Lakers still have many more games to win as long as they keep this momentum going in a positive direction and after the wins against the Celtics and the Warriors and the recent 2 game series sweep against the Wizards and the current Lakers game against the New York Knicks which is going to be a interesting game but lets just hope the Lakers can pull it off with a victory over the Knicks but that’s not until later . Nope it’s not going to happen because my Lakers are not going to get rid of anyone else way before the all star game and when it comes to the playoffs. So the Lakers are doing just fine with the current roster so we’re good.
