I saw someone mention a movie night for the community. Something funny and feel good with a good message. And then tons of popcorn and boxes of candy and soda. That’d be epic.
Homeless people don't need a bunch of junk food. Some of them are already struggling with health, but I agree that something different would be a nice change.
Mr. Dennis; you did good for the homeless yet again. That meal looked very good. May you be blessed. A few suggestions/comments: 1) let the shelter employees wait until All the homeless are fed and whatever is left should go to the homeless not the city shelter employees 2) serve less portions so that more of the true homeless can be fed 3) those asking for two plates should not until all have had at least one plate [believe you recognize all their faces] 4) you did great to just provide water, as we can see many of those people have diabetes and should not have too much sugar. 5) Alternate to different homeless communities as in this area, seems as if some people are just driving up to the food area then driving away, pretty new cars too.
I'm pretty sure if he tells the homeless center staff to wait to get food, they'll come up with a reason why he can't stand outside serving food to the homeless in the future.

There have been many times where others trying to help feed the homeless had been told to shut down and/or fined even because "karens" complain to authorities. Honestly this is a difficult one cause he is trying to fight the “only one plate” rule. I hope he goes back to multiple plates but make them portion sized. I also hope he gets another helper 😢
The problem with that is it takes way more time and he might have other responsibilities to attend to. I think he just wants to make sure he gets rid of it fast enough/food isn't wasted. That line never ends. People see it and they keep coming. Some might not even be homeless but are in need for food just the same. What he really needs is an extra hand to help hand out the food so he can hand it out quicker. Then he can worry more about portion sizes and getting it all handed out before he has to leave. That's just my take on it anyway

BINGO I have volunteered passing out meals, toys, clothes trust me some do that they want theirs don't be caring about what you get if you ever volunteered before baby it happens I did two back to school and a young lady before she got any food and supplies held up the line as we went by your address and how many kids you got she got mad with the person who was taking names and household size check she had 2 kids homeless told the lady she need 4 bookbags 4 plates but was mad it was based on your household we had everyone sign up to get and she didn't like.

Dennis rationing to 2 large spoons full of pasta is plenty of food and will help more people and keep the rule of 1 plate per person till everyone has had a plate. You aren’t being selfish Your purpose is to feed as many as you can. At least they aren’t going away hungry. 😮you are doing a great deed but you must make a rule and follow it. I have served food in a church dinner and yes it’s hard to tell a person in the line for seconds and thirds sorry you have to wait till everyone get through the line. Love seeing this so much… you are such a kind heart and you work so hard to feed as many people as possible. The guy at the end who missed getting a full plate was scraping all he could from your empty pans… he was hungry. 😢That broke my heart. Maybe don’t give out such large portions especially in the beginning and hopefully no one goes hungry. But I understand you want to make sure as many people as possible get a big plateful and enjoy a great meal. ❤

To put that into perspective, the average clove of supermarket garlic weighs between 3 and 7 grams, so your dog would have to eat a lot to get really sick. so im pretty sure the dog is fine

Honestly this is a difficult one cause he is trying to fight the “only one plate” rule.
I hope he goes back to multiple plates but make them portion sized. I also hope he gets another helper 😢
The problem with that is it takes way more time and he might have other responsibilities to attend to. I think he just wants to make sure he gets rid of it fast enough/food isn't wasted. That line never ends. People see it and they keep coming. Some might not even be homeless but are in need for food just the same. What he really needs is an extra hand to help hand out the food so he can hand it out quicker. Then he can worry more about portion sizes and getting it all handed out before he has to leave. That's just my take on it anyway
Keep up the work you started, and I think the Homeless family will grow, because you always give them free food, joy and fun from: South America...

Ppl get so picky ! I would say you get to pick one or the other . Makes it complicated when you do half and half holds up the line . He’s just one person trying to do good for the community and I see some ppl taking advantage on his videos . Some ppl just have a selfish nature which is sad . They also know what they doing asking for extra plates when others haven’t gotten a plate yet . I still love your videos . I just don’t like when ppl take advantage of someone’s kindness . They are lucky to have someone like Dennis helping make such beautiful food for them . Also just a suggestion I would not give such huge portions of the food at the beginning that way you will have more food to pass out at the end . I would maybe figure out a portion routine that way you don’t run out as fast . Keep up the great work ! You are an amazing individual!

BINGO I have volunteered passing out meals, toys, clothes trust me some do that they want theirs don't be caring about what you get if you ever volunteered before baby it happens I did two back to school and a young lady before she got any food and supplies held up the line as we went by your address and how many kids you got she got mad with the person who was taking names and household size check she had 2 kids homeless told the lady she need 4 bookbags 4 plates but was mad it was based on your household we had everyone sign up to get and she didn't like.

Krew Kali one suggestion for you on feeding the homeless people I would show in the beginning how you make it then plate it up and place the soda on the side so they can grab it or hand it to them because you need some helpers that you can move with each Saturday and that save you time for saying one plate & soda then if you have leftovers then they can get extra helping otherwise you stay safe out there and THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO KING

I know because I do the same thing. But he should really try to find a solution for it, such as having a helper who can bring the plate directly to the disabled

Kali, I know it's hard to make food for everyone, but I have an idea. Maybe you could buy some affordable, ready-to-eat food and keep it in your car. If the main food runs out and there are still hungry people, you can grab it and hand it out to those still waiting.

Plus I'm noticing something else, Kali wants **Fresh** food for these folks, Something ready made wouldn't really fit, What he could do, Is have more help, and actually have someone perhaps a Chef teach him Portion control, I could see him from benefiting from guidance from someone if not a chef on how to carefully portion food out.
