There isn't enough speed with those mountain boards. Even with my biggest 6.8 meter Naish wing, my mountain board is too slow, the only way to get real speed on the mountain board is with a decent kite, because it significantly lowers the normal force on the wheels. The better use with mountain boards is with the lower-friction boards like snowboard, Snakeboards, skateboards and even a powder surfer.

I get speed on my mountain board by using a steep hill--that's what it takes to get any speed for sure!
