My only tip I would suggest is make sure you bring Tracey with you on the first time you visit so she can help guide you through the buying process. Don’t be fooled by going in alone. You are better off having a great realtor represent you from the beginning.

I thought I was going to prefer the single story home since the goal is to downsize, but that 3 car garage and second story flex space tipped the scales.
We just contracted for a Magnolia Model, which is one of the largest models. What model are you previewing here? It looks like the Magnolia but I cannot tell for sure. Great video and thanks for the explanations!

My knees are not a fan of 2 story home, but I’d take a few Advils for this home 😁
