Your bike is looking better and better! I have an ultra bee too- I’ve put 1800 trail miles on it since mid July of this year. I have I upgraded to KKE 18/21 wheels, kke brake levers, larger rear sprocket, upgraded from following your amazing advice on the peg lowering kit and pegs, and have installed warp 9 fork dampeners and an ODI “CR High” Podium CFT bars. Cycra wrap around bark busters. Stock controller, battery, and suspension. Upgraded headlight, Aussie sourced bash-gaurd for the sun-frame. I’ve been running tusk tires and they are pretty darn good enough. I’ve loved the bike. I’m an advanced rider 43 years old and weigh 185 and am 5’ 10”. I live in northern Utah and ride a lot of steep technical mountain trails. 20 mile range max ripping in sport mode. 40 miles loops max if I limp about in eco mainly. I’d highly recommend the ODI bars and warp9 dampeners. I’m sure your upgrades make the bike perfect…but I’m going to save the money on the battery/controller/suspension and just buy another bike-a 2025 Beta 300 Race😂
The more I watch your videos the more I want to get a Surron or EBike too haha.. seems to be almost limitless where you can go. Also you can put a zip tie around your fork to see how far it dips in for your next ride
With the recent Stark Varg drop it seems to be the obvious choice given all the time and $$ you'll need to invest in the Ultra Bee. Plus i am thinking the resell value will be higher on the Stark Varg as well. I plan to race Sprint Enduros and it seems the SV would be a better option. But overall this is a great video for the UB - just thinking the best way to save on time and $$ to get to my end goal. If i had extra $$ to burn having a UB as a beater/trail/mess around bike would be fun while I preserve the SV for racing.
Nice review! You have your bike dialed in nicely for the type of riding you do. Question - With Stark Future dropping the price of their Varg to $10,999, would you still go the route you did with all of the modifications or buy a Stark Varg? I'm guessing you have a similar amount invested in your Ultra Bee at this point.
I'm 150 lbs out of the shower but I did a little birch log blip and it felt like the fork springs were going to blow through the top caps of my stock forks.
From what dealer and tune did you buy. I have Sirius shock from Gritshift with the ebmx tune, shock spring rate is 105N/mm, perfect for rider at 220lbs

The ultra bee I just got came with that huge allen key for the steering stem. They must have figured out that lot of people don't have them.
Amazing video. Just built my bike today and cant wait to take it to the trails!
@@BradyColbert hell yeah, congrats. Enjoy it! You’re going to love it.

It’s a ton of fun. Good tip w/ the zip tie!
Best upgrade on the market!! Nothing beats it!
I just took an angle grinder to my stops. Works great.

Great review! I think the Talaria Boys had some of the prototype suspensions so you may be right that they had the track tune! Thanks

I got the big size allen key with my Sur-Ron from the factory in the box
Hi Zekd,
Can you tell me how to modify the front headlight and leave only the position LEDs?
Thanks in advance
Great video !

I have a nearly identically configured bike (controller, battery, bash plate, wheels, tires, etc.) and my bike weighs at 213 pounds.
Where did you get the saw and the sheath that you have banded onto your frame? And where are the bands from?
amzn.to/4hL3SRv
Whats your bike weight is at right now? Can you measure it? Im really curious how much heavier it is than stock UB. :)
