no....don't get puzzled.....this happerns.....only when you open the pdf in adobe acrobat...it will show the green tick...if you open on some brower or else....it will still show the question mark

What I didn't like is that, this verified signature is just for the computer, doesn't has to do anything with the document, but still the people at Gov office are clueless on what that, their interpretation is that having a ? mean unverified, but it has nothing do with the document, anyone with the password protected document can do that in any device can change it to verified, this has to be changed!
