I am considering seeing this play unfortunately not in NY, but in GA. I am wondering if the play would be enjoyed by both liberals and conservatives or if it would be hated by one side. I've been wondering if I should invite my conservative sister.

That's a really good question and a little hard to answer. If your sister is a "theatre" person, meaning regularly goes to see shows - then yeah. If she doesn't go very often, you might give it a second thought. It's a really good script and very important but it is a lot. It doesn't mention politics at all(I'm pretty sure). There is no Pro-Lib or Biden stuff like that. So she might not even be bothered by it.

I’m a conservative theater person, and I’m doing a scene from this play with my acting partner. I love this script! I love this play. I haven’t seen it in person but I would like to. If you are conservative and get offended by it, well, you really should read more history. But you also have to know that almost all plays are of liberal bent but this one isn’t too bad.
