Sukka means stir. It was Doyoung's line in his web drama and the way he said it became an inside joke amongst the 127 members. Yuta posted that clip from the drama on his IG story basically teasing Doyoung as per usual.
Yuta says and does the most random things with a straight face that's why it's funny. He says a lot of nonsense but people who are not used to him think he is serious because he just does it so casually. So when you are used to his personality, it's pretty funny because it goes over a lot of people's heads. Lol. He and Jungwoo were chosen by nct 127 as the funniest in the group.
The neos are just on another level of chaos, and I'm definitely up for it.
