I'm so happy you reacted to Judikay. I love her songs. She's a powerful gospel singer. Agalliao means to rejoice or jump for joy and Shabach is a Hebrew word that literally means to raise a holy roar. If you'd like to dive more into African gospel music, you should really listen to Oba Awon Oba by Joe Mettle ft Sunmisola Agbebi. Just so you know Oba Awon Oba means King of Kings.
I think there is an idea (or inspiration behind every song). The conqueror's chant is not necessarily a worship song, it's an expression of joy in the Holy Ghost. So, the part where she slowed down and went ahead to 'jump and clap,' was more like maintaining the spirit of the song - an expression of God-inspired joy. It's the kind of song you sing in and out of seasons; reminding yourself to live by faith. Not moved by what is going on around you, but consistently relying on God's wisdom. That said, might I ask what you consider awkward about the second verse? Not moved by what I see...

This was just based on my first listen and raw first reaction of the video and song. My opinions change each time I listen. I feel differently now
