Please reply.. ek samay aisa tha ki 500 logo ke samne bhi gaane mein koi stage fright nahi tha, ab stage nahi karte karte dar paida hua hai.. 10 anjan logon ke samne gaate hue dar lagta hai..practice bhi kar rahi hun.. har do line gaane ke baad mujhe saliva swallow karna padta hai , nahi toh choking hoke gaane ka taal he kat jaata hai, isi se mujhe stage jaane se pehle dar lagta hai..please help kijiye.🙏 how i can get rid of this
