According to the EEBC border decission,it is legal to implement the final and binding agreements. And both parties have to respect it since they have agreed on it. Yet it doesn't mean the decision made is always right or wrong.

According to the EEBC border decission,it is legal to implement the final and binding agreements. And both parties have to respect it since they have agreed on it. Yet it doesn't mean the decision made is always right or wrong.
Implementing the EEBC border decision is a matter of legality according to the final and binding agreements by both parties,and is one thing. But there is also called Eritrea's territorial integrity from ras doumeira to the ras kassa,from the western qola all the way to the coastal areas of the red sea if you know what I mean. Unfortunately, TPLF sabotaged the peace agreements & the border demarcation because the territories TPLF claimed to be part of Tigray happened to be Eritrean territories according to the EEBC border decisions.
Therefore, TPLF must withdraw from Eritrean territories for the peace agreements to be honored & implimented.
