Yes, I feel your pain. Following my cycle sheet has helped me to try to plan big events around pms or pmdd just to conserve my energy and possibility of not loosing it. It helps to know what cycle day it is each month.

I resisted Prozac for years as well. Changed my diet, exercised, and ate organic. Then I finally gave in to Prozac and it was life-changing for the better. Best decision I've ever made. To each his own.

I always felt completely awful emotionally before my period and also didn’t want to go on any medication.. I started taking magnesium glycinate and it’s made a huge difference!

I'm thinking things like changing HVAC filters, dusting light fixtures/fans, cleaning gutters, resealing deck/patio, overseed and aerate lawn...you know, all the things I know I'm supposed to do and never do. Btw, I believe ice coffee is just regular coffee that has been refrigerated and then poured over ice whereas cold brew is concentrated coffee that steeps in cold water in the fridge. Since it’s concentrated it would be stronger than iced coffee.

Hey noticed question about the difference between iced coffee and cold brew...not a ton just that for iced they brew hot coffee and cool it quickly with ice...cold brew is steeped usually over night using a filter and is in the fridge. Some say the cold brew has less acidic properties in the coffee. Both are good to me though.i just make a pot at home and let it cool off then stick it in fridge...amd make coffee ice cubes😊
I have PMDD as well and it’s hell, honestly. I do take Prozac just once a day, during that week and it really does help with my mood. I was so awful to myself during that time, as well. I’m turning 43 soon and slowly slipping into perimenopause and that’s a whole different story and laundry list of ever changing symptoms. I’ll be talking to my doc soon because I’m desperate. Being a woman is WORK!

I have PMDD as well - it causes Anxiety and panic attacks. I take lavender pills, gaba, and omega 3 and it helps a ton 😊
