Excellent video Crazy D equipment crew :) what got do with old gas tractors is have 89 or 91 octane gas plus STP Total Treatment fuel injection and carb cleaner in fuel tank every time and Ethonal in fuels to hard carbs also fuel filter plus electrical in spark plugs plus points plus cap and rotors ! Plus Seafoam to hard too on them ! Also in Desiel fuel motor use STP Total Treatment fuel injection and carb cleaner in fuel plus add 200ml of Automatic transmission fluid add to fuel to! Not kidding see the same problem with farmers in my area to did this to gas and desiel fuel motor and ran perfectly like new again!
I watch Diesel Creak U-Tube channel, he works on the big stuff. You have to pay to play that game. He has several different types of construction equipment and tries to get them running around again. $200- is cheap for some of the hoses, fittings he has to replace, to use it.
thanks for sharing the video, that is a good looking tractor but to me it does sound a little bit on the rich side too much fuel, but I know you'll get it figured out hopefully you'll share the video when you get it running good
Remind me of my jetstar 3. Ended up adjusting the points then it was hitting on all 4. Smoked a little after but she's a smooth gas powered brute that I don't ever plan on selling. Wish I could find more stuff for it lol.
Wow Dave, Doc & Junior Mint, I really like that Case LA tractor. The way that this tractor is running reminds me of a 140 FarmAll some years ago that was acting kind of like the Case LA tractor was doing. The small section of rubber hose between the carburetor and the air cleaner had very badly deteriorated from within in which the rubber fragments & shards from the hose had stopped the carburetor up just enough where it would idle but start cutting out when it was throttled up. Once the rubber crud was removed from the carburetor and new piece of rubber hose was installed, The 140 ran as it should with no further issues. Looking at the hose, It looked like it was in great shape. Looks can be really be deceiving. Hard to believe someone so simple can cause so much trouble.
LOL we both made that comment a couple times it bounced between two cylinders and four got to get that car fixed then she'll be a pulling beast again LOL
there's 2 much trash in the carb it wouldn't run like that until it is cleaned out like it should be if U have 2 soak the carb 2 get it clean do so and I would also take a hammer and turn the carb upside down and tap on it also 2 see if anything else or more trash falls out of it a small wire brush or a old tooth brush would be a great help 2 clean the carb W 2 take everything out that U can take out clean out W a air hose and the gas 2 day is no good either that's trash in the carb it doesn't have power 2 itself like that 😮😮 OMG 8 28 2O23
That case sounds more like a popping johnny. Impressed with the amount of low end torque she has. Did you ever get the whole field chisel plowed? How long did it take? Don't think you'll be winning too many tractor pulls.
And that is why people went to diesel tractors. Too much gasoline grief.
And at least a chrome straightpipe
Juniors face when you "talked"about the hydrolics! Whawhawhawha.
Stuck rings?it’s not the carb!
Never a problem. Only chargeable solutions $$$$
Probably a cousin, grew up in the area within about 5 miles, what was his first name?

Like you 100% honest approach to problems or (as they say in business speak) opportunities.😂😂😂🇬🇧🚜🚜
Clean the carb good.
Do you have water in the fuel
good old sea foam had same luck with my 930 yesterday ran good then had injector trouble

I don't think it's the carburetor. I think the chisel is to big for that tractor.
Sounds more like a Johnny Popper than a Case!
Where the video stops at the end would make a good picture. Dad standing by the Case with his son behind the wheel.
Nothing to do with the power issue, but please check those tire pressures. At least one looks pretty soft.
Love to plow with mine any chance I can. Brute strength and pure raw power all day
Nice old Case, it should have easily finished that field if it kept getting regular fuel /spark
Was your relation the Case dealer in Friesland WI?

Does it have a fuel filter? Probably a ton of sediment & general crud in the carb.
No fuel filter. Just sediment bowl to drain fuel out.
That left rear tire could use some air.

It was pulling a decent sized chisel plow pretty good at times
That Case sounds about like my JD 52 B- I think the B sounds better, it's suppose to run on 2 cylinders!
LOL we both made that comment a couple times it bounced between two cylinders and four got to get that car fixed then she'll be a pulling beast again LOL
@@CrazyDEquipment you said it was running fine befor you put seafoam in and now you think its the carb. NOT!!!

I had 4.cyl.gas motor run like that. Had a "plug" in the inlet going into fuel tank. Ran too lean, and had No consistent power.
GO CRAZY-D. GO .... SOMEONE HAS TO BE THE MAN
😎😎😎
Definitely fuel problem. Dirt or rust or moisture. Have you tried changing the fuel filter and filling the tank and adding fuel treatment?
17:25 is 100% right. Even brand new tractors break.
That case sounds more like a popping johnny. Impressed with the amount of low end torque she has. Did you ever get the whole field chisel plowed? How long did it take? Don't think you'll be winning too many tractor pulls.
Rear tire is half flat that is hard on a tire to run it low
Kristopher Keep it straight and your eyes on the dirt LOL
I learned how to drive on a case trader like that when I was 10 years old
I assume it has good spark plugs? you might check the flow of the fuel line. Its hard on it to run it like that sounds pathetic.
It was pulling and wrinkling down those rear tires when you did have the fuel to it.
Put a muffler on it also
Love to see some action! Crazy D, do you like any classic Ford tractors?
solid tire wrinkle
Whose tractor is it? Jr. Mint looks like it suits him.
Yes you need to stop that’s not good for the running gears or the motor
You need to take it back in clean carbartor and junior mint don’t know how to drive a tractor he need to go faster and run it full speed
I'd laugh if it weren't so sade
Frustrating...under load sounded like an old "hit or miss" motor.....
try spraying starting fluid around intake manifold to detect if there is vacuum leak. posable gasket or cracked manifold.
Thank God for fuel injection.
Hi sis
