त्यासाठी अभ्यास करावा लागतो आरक्षण नकोच आरक्षण मुळे शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता राहत नाही तो योग्य असेल तरच डॉक्टर होणार नाही तर होणारच नाही हे 100% योग्य आहे हा एमडी चा कोर्स आहे काही छोटा-मोठा कोर्स नाही इथे कोणत्याच आरक्षण नको इथे तर जातीचे पण आरक्षण नसावे कारण योग्यता राहत नाही

Compition will be with All India's students,it will be not helpful for Maharashtra State candidates who completed education in Maharashtra State.
NEET PG seats are cancelled on the basis of domicile meaning those who are completed MBBS from outside of Maharashtra State, then he will be not eligible for Maharashtra State PG seats in Maharashtra State,he has to apply through 50% AIQ Quota.

State quota in neet pg is intact , domicile quota is scrapped . It means students acquiring mbbs in other state cannot eligible for counselling in their domicile state, they eligible for state quota of state in which they acquiring mbbs degree.

सर तुम्ही सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने दिलेल्या निर्णयच interpretation असे आहे, माझे जरा वेगळे आहे, स्टेट कोटा आहे तसाच intact आहे, फक्त Domencile च्या आधारावर दुसऱ्या राज्यातून एमबीबीएस केलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना स्टेट कोटा मिळणार नाही,एवढाच त्याचा अर्थ आहे..

Actually परिणाम होऊ शकतो थोडा.
अगोदरच्या नियमानुसार राज्यातील domicile मुलगा राज्यातीलच कॉलेज prefer करत होता अगोदरच्या PG चे रिझर्व्हेशन नुसार.
पण आत्ता मुले राज्याबाहेरील कॉलेजेस prefer करू शकतात.
महाराष्ट्र domicile मुलंसाठी हा निर्णय अन्यायकारक आहे.
पण काहीच करू शकत नाही.
तामिळनाडू govt writ पीटिशन दाखल करणार आहेत सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात.
कदाचित निर्णय फिरवू शकते supreme court.
एकंदर अन्यायकारक for maharashtra domicile candidates who have taken admission for mbbs in Maharashtra colleges.
