Bro PQR and point oc center of the circle I can say they are quadrantal opposite angles of Q and center of circle 109+142=251 I can see it has broken the rule of opposite angles of a quadrilateral is 180 plz make understand there. I will appreciate for your explanation

I'm sorry to say that no rule ever said the sum of the opposite angles of Quadrilateral equals 180⁰
In fact that assertion is not true.
But you can test it on KITE, it's also a Quadrilateral
