Add one foot to the width to make it an even number (which makes less waste for materials and therefore less expensive). It would still only be 640 sq ft. Put that in the master bed and bath. The 2nd bedroom could become a small office and leave space for hot water heater, HV/AC and extra storage. 640 would be a comfortable amount of space for a one bedroom house for a single person or couple. Otherwise, I really like this plan. Love the covered porch and the fact that you planned a conventional foundation. Nice,

Put a bathtub in the master bathroom and different tiles in both bathrooms, look better. Nice floorplan❤❤😊❣️❣️🌹✨👍

#1 you do not need 3 dinning tables outside. #2 Black table & chairs on porch block access to the grill. #3 Couch way to big #4 Why clothes washer/dryer in kitchen but no dishwasher?
