Mandem/Manor have adapted to the focus of the server. 3.0, NP was focused on a variety of things, racing,heists,music, you could do anything and it was more RP oriented. 4.0 is focused on conflict, every new thing added to NP 4.0 is intertwined with some kind of conflict or gun fight

Yhea Mandem were a friend group who committed crime occasionally and ran dodgy businesses where as Manor are very much a street gang.

Don't know about that mandem had their good moments of being a gang when banned 2ic led them to victory against rust and bsk fight at the same time, it's a shame he was ooc a plonker.
