A 200 bhp sleeper build would be perfect man with handling upgrades of course. I loved the stock wheels way more than the new ones that you have. Look for sparco asseto gara and maybe bbs too if you are going aftermarket. Excited for what's coming next and also a request please make videos of interesting cars that imran keeps bringing. He manages to find unicorns every single time XD

I'm just guessing here, but 1) they've got good parking space 2) maybe not many residential buildings close by, so no one to complain about the loud noise 3) food is prolly good and owner of the place must be a petrol head himself
