I remember going to watch a match in Nagpur between India and England.On my way to Nagpur on December 12th,2011,I happened to bump in to Sourav Ganguly during that time.Dada was into commentary that time and I remember after taking off,I had asked Dada for a picture since I was a big fan of cricket and him.I knew his importance.Dada humbly promised that he would take a picture with me once we land.You know what,he actually did.Thank You so much Dada.You are one man our country will always respect❤

Very Motivational Speech indeed, But we can see an important message in his speech at 5.24, he says "he realized in his last 4 years, the only way he can play a next game if he performs with bat", but if you see at the time when he was removed from captainship, he was in very poor form ( except that two centuries against High school team zimbawe, which was very weak at that time), during those days he never realized that he can play next game if he performs with bat,because he use to be in team by default since he was captain. So i like Ganguly part 2.
