Hongdae (coreano: 홍대; hanja: 弘大) es un barrio de Seúl, Corea del Sur, cerca de la Universidad Hongik, que le da su nombre. Es conocido por sus artes urbanas y su cultura de música independiente, tiendas locales, clubes y entretenimiento. El área está ubicada en Mapo-gu, en el extremo occidental de Seúl, y se extiende desde Seogyo-dong hasta Hapjeong-dong.
Hongdae (coreano: 홍대) es una abreviatura de Hongik Daehakgyo, Universidad de Hongik (홍익대학교). El término 'hongdae' generalmente se usa con respecto a la Universidad Hongik, que tiene una de las mejores facultades de bellas artes en Corea del Sur.

Today I walk through the streets of Hongdae🔥, Seoul - Korea
Hongdae (Korean: 홍대; Hanja: 弘大) is a neighborhood in Seoul, South Korea near Hongik University, after which it is named. It is known for its urban arts and indie music culture, local shops, clubs and entertainment. The area is located in Mapo-gu in the western end of Seoul, stretching from Seogyo-dong to Hapjeong-dong.
Hongdae (Korean: 홍대) is an abbreviation of Hongik Daehakgyo, Hongik University (홍익대학교). The term 'hongdae' is usually used in regards to Hongik University which has one of the top fine arts colleges in South Korea.
