How to Create AI Automated Social Media Agents

In this video, I show you step-by-step how to build an AI-powered social media agent that can automatically generate engaging, high-quality posts for any platform, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, just by providing an article URL as input. I use LinkedIn as an example, but the same applies to any social media site.
The automation has two parts:
1) Creation 💎
It uses Perplexity AI to transcribe the article, then sends it to a custom social media agent I built in Open AI to craft a compelling post with hashtags and a call-to-action, tailored to the specific platform. You can review and edit the post in a Google Sheet before approving.
2) Posting 🎬
Once approved, it generates a stylized image for the post using DALL-E and the article content. Finally, it automatically posts the text and image to your social media profile.
I walk through the entire process of setting up the Google Sheet, connecting and configuring Make.com (formerly Integromat), building the custom social media agent, and testing the automation end-to-end. I also provide access to all the prompts, agents, blueprints and scenarios covered in the video.
By combining no-code automation tools like Make.com with powerful AI agents, you can build incredible automations like this for any social network, putting you light years ahead.

Yeah, I couldnt get it to fetch the entire article. It startet to translate and cut major corners. Love the scenario though, my issue is with perplexity atm

20:00 - I'm not seeing the automation checking for a change state in the Approved/Reject field. Do we need to create another watch change module to correct this?
I came here to ask the same thing! If the article is created at an earlier time there is nothing to keep checking for approval state changes over time.
exactly!! that's an issue for sure. doesn't work this way. at least not for me.
i guess the work around is to make any edits to the generate post copy and then "copy/paste" into a new B Cell and then quickly Approve it. This method works fine.

Hi jack, i couldnt get my webhook to work automatically with googlesheets, EG. my workflow is googlesheet approval = yes > Filter = Yes > autopost to facebook. I can do it manually but not automatically when i approve = yes.

not sure if I am missing something, but I have this all set up, but when I come out of the scenario screens having set them to be on demand, when i add a url to the sheet nothing happens? Any idea why?

Have you had any issues with Perplexity giving this message on some links: I'm an assistant and I'm unable to directly view or transcribe articles as I don't have the ability to browse the web or access specific documents.
All of them get stupid sometimes
Can perplexity scrape top 5 or 10 results to create SEO optimized articles

Hi Jack, May I suggest you create an AI automation that cold outreach people in a niche? You can for example insert a instagram profile in the target audience, then the bot will start a conversation with the followers of said person and run it to get him into your free offer? I would pay for that btw

I have a Pilates Instructor client that is always texting back and forth with clients and moving them around her schedule. One person can't make 4pm but can make 3pm. So she has to contact the 3pm and see if she can switch to 4pm for example. This type of thing takes up a ton of the clients time when she is "off work". Can something like this be automated? Can AI be connected to a calendar and text different people maybe simultaneously and move people around a schedule like this? This would be of great value to service providers. Can you do a video on this? Thanks.

it was a bit fast and hard to follow. YOu used an agent from GPT, can we have acess to it? otherwise how can we completely replicate the process?
