Can you try the shingling method please. You work in a small section and add gel then flatten/stretch your hair and separate your curls where they naturally want to separate

this is so satisfying to watch bc after your last 2 videos I kept wondering "when is my girl gonna reeeaally detangle all that hair ?!" lol your hair looked bomb afterwards. Next time you wash it try doing a twist out! our curl patterns are very similar and that's what I do once a week. it keeps my curls defined and tangle free for daysss

Your hair looks lush. Can you do a super define wash n go with a curl creme and gel (don't have use gel). Like when you were like 3month natural and had those define curls.
Wow, thought I was the only one who used two brushes. I go in with a similar wet-brush and then I go in with my paddle brush. Sometimes I'll throw a comb into the mix. It really helps.

Thankyou for this!! My younger brother and sister have hair almost identical to yours and I was wondering if you might have some advice to help me out.
So long story short I'm taking care of them now and I've never dealt with super curly afro-esc hair, I've done my best but it's turned into a pretty matted mess that I don't know how to get out. Some parts are closer to dreads than not haha. If you think you could help me out it'd be very much appreciated, I feel terrible not knowing what to do let alone teach them how to.

I think the long your hair gets the more the curls will come out. My hair does the same, i had cut my hair last summer and while it was short it was harder for me to get my defined curls. The longer it became the easier. Ive been through two big chops. One from just the beginning and the second because i cut all my dyed blond hair out. The second was the shortest i ever went. It was at my chin when stretched

What brushes did you use?
a Wet Brush and a normal hair brush from Walmart but I bought a Denman brush to replace the "Walmart Brush"

Dangling your hair under the running water is really good too and you wouldn't have to keep adding more conditioner to it

Hi, escuse me , i have a question it isn't really about the video but i don't know where i can ask it. I want to know how we know our hairs need to use deep treatment masque or deep conditionner. If you can help thanks.
If your hair is feeling dry it’s time to use a deep condition. Or if you just want to give your hair an extra boost of moisture it’s a good time for that too. I usually deep condition every month just to keep my hair moisturized
