It’s taken him about five years of trying to get to the physicality he’s at. And he studies nutritional and exercise sciences so he *knows what he’s doing.* He knows how to build strong, lasting, effective muscle. And it takes a near perfect diet and workout consistency to reach that level as well. He truly is amazing. And he’s one of the most physically and nutritionally healthy idols I’ve ever known of. Wonho was actually part of another group called Monsta X, but now he’s just a soloist. Wonho left Monsta X because a girl who is literally known in the industry for trying to ruin/ruining idol’s lives and defaming their careers accused him of owing her thousands of dollars from trainee days which she says he stole from her. She also accused him of using marajuana during trainee days as well (which doesn’t sound like a big deal here but it’s VERY illegal in Korea). And she did bring up his criminal record from when he was a young teen. But what made the entire thing fishy to fans was that she only decided to “bring this to light” as Monsta X was getting increasingly popular worldwide and in America and during the time they had a comeback. Antis are kinda known to start fake drama and rumors around a group’s comeback in attempts to defame them and ruin their popularity. But, Wonho was cleared of all charges that she alleged against him because there was literally no real evidence of any of it happening and she fabricated most of the evidence and sources. But he left Monsta X because he didn’t want to drag down the group until he was proven innocent. And The girl was later arrested for using marajuana so karma’s a bitch. But she didn’t serve much time because her daddy’s rich. She’s tried to ruin so many other idol’s careers but never gets consequences because she comes form money. And Wonho did have a criminal past, yes, but he faced the consequences without trying to get out of them, and said he became a trainee in the first place to turn his life around and be a better person than he was when he was a young teen. His family was very poor and couldn’t afford much food or clothing. And Wonho started befriending a lot of shifty people and gangs to get money for his family so that’s what led him down the wrong path as a teen. But we Monbebes (Monsta X’s fanbase) are so happy to see him back in action and the healthiest he’s ever been. And now without Starship there telling him to loose weight, he can be the size that he wants and I’m so happy for him for that. He’s so talented dance and vocal wise and we’re so happy to have him back. And now as well as a proud Monbebe, I’m a proud Wenee! (pronounced: when-ee) which is Wonho’s new Fanbase name! But don’t be fooled by his exterior, because he has to be one of the most empathetic, caring, kindhearted idols I know of.
