Wow. Finally i found something helpful to finnish a dobbelweddingring quilt my late ex motherinlaw gave me for my oldest son 26 years ago. I never knew how to fix it. Now i know and think i can do it.
nice job on binding. please do a tutorial for all machine binding and no hand sewing. thanks. some of us are very lazy and/or we are making quilts for people "not quite fancy quilt worthy" you know the friends and family members I speak of.
I finally found this video on how to bind a double wedding ring quilt. I got a few good tips, but, unfortunately, all I could see were your hands or folds of the quilt at the inside corner segments. They seemed to be good inside corners, but I have no idea how you did it because the camera angels were so unhelpful I couldn't see anything but your hand. Perhaps you could do a video where the camera is set so we could actually see how you are doing the inside corners instead of a distant shot of your hands and the machine.
I really enjoy your teaching, Shar. Thanks for showing us your "goofs" or mistakes, too.
Loved your teaching! Would love to spend time learning from you. Very good instructions. Thank you.

Machine stitched is better for baby quilts too! And my arthritic hands are not up to much hand stitching so I now do everything by machine
@@joycej9415 I don't hand bond. I have my own method for machine binding

I’m sorry your camera and hands need to be in better placement to show how to sew it down
We can’t see when she does corners, her hand is in the way.
