सर, dv act में interim में घर में रहने का s.17 के मुताबिक आदेश हुआ हो और वो आदेश हसबैंड ने हाई कोर्ट तक चैलेंज किया लेकिन हाई कोर्टने पत्नी के पक्ष में फैसला देकर रिजेक्ट कर दिया और बहोत मुश्किल से घर दिया, लेकिन 10/5 महीने से बसाया सामान हसबेंड दूसरे घर में ले गया , उसकी कंप्लेन की उसमे कुछ कार्यवाही पुलिस ने नहीं की, और कोर्टने 5 साल बाद फाइनल ऑर्डर में घर वापस लेकर सिर्फ 5000/- रेंट ऑर्डर डेट से देने का बोला तो क्या कोर्ट ऐसा कर शक्ति है? प्लीज रिप्लाई दे.

My wife filed a false case against me sec 12 of dv act before protection officer. And I appeared 4 dates before protection officer bt no fruit full result. Only date and date. Now i thinks that i will not appear next date. I want to face trial before court. How I do. Please advice me, if I absent before protection officer , what is the result.
Sir, wife ke kiye dv or maintenance case mein agar husband ne apna reply file kar diya ho aur case proceedings shuru ho chuki ho, case consideration ki stage par ho, kya tab bhi husband ki aur se apne family members ke name case mein se delete krvane ki application file ki ja sakti hai? Jin members ke name ladki ne aise hi apne case mein likhwa diye ladke walon ko harass krne ya stress dene ke liye?

Mere dv case main maine reply bhi diya tha n case start ho gaya .ish bich 125 crpc decide hua n maintenance final hua fir kuch date baad dv court ne dismissed kar diya ye order daal kar ki no appearance of pitioner n respodent so its seems pitionrr n respodent not need justic hence dv didposal ... Is it right ?
