Do it! I used Schwartzkopf Live XXL in Real Red (they have some other red shades as well) for years and never had to bleach to get a vibrant colour, even though my hair is quite a dark brown. I have wavy/curly hair and it didn't affect the quality of my hair at all, it was still really healthy 😊

I am not sure if you read the comments that are posted,but here goes I am a 59 yr old guy that works for myself at home with only my two small dogs from 7 till 6 all week The house is very quite and I find my mind wanders and some days I get little done I was told to listen to you and I laughed at first, how could this help I said I was told to just play it in the background and that I did not even need to watch it Wooo It was like having my wife home all day and after about 3 days I was not sure I could work without you I have tried listening to a few others and only found two others I line, but your stories are outstanding They are like listening to books that have a very personal touch and you make it seem as if your here in the room with just me
