I hear overlap and crossover into Israeli and klezmer harmonies and mournful melodies that some people called haunting I am another 70 year old that grew up on this music when I was 15 years old and stayed with Jethro Tull throughout most of their releases I especially loved the first four albums also, the band included excellent classically trained musicians that added their talents to the orchestration of these compositions. I saw Jethro Tull live in Dayton Ohio in 1970 it was a fantastic theatrical performance, Ian Anderson was boiling over with enthusiasm and I named my son Ian !❤ ironically this band claimed to be drug free back in the late sixties and early seventies much to the surprise his followers🎉. Anne Anderson continues to tour, I don't think he'll stop until he can't perform anymore.

This really is a haunting and captivating song. You done it justice. Another classic Tull song I bet youd do a fine job on is Look into the Sun. Linked below.
